Audrey
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application**
*female kitten *cabby medium hair hair *Approximately 10 weeks old as of 9/27/23 -This group of kittens came in from down south. Their mom was pregnant in a kill shelter and a rescue pulled her. She had her babies with them and when her babies were old enough, they were transported up to our rescue! These three kittens are super sweet and friendly, like petting and attention, and have the cutest little squeaky meows. Audrey is a very sweet girl who is very gentle and has the best little purr. She loves being carried around and being snuggled! She does well with the other cats and young kids in her foster home. She is spayed, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies so the adopter must follow up with the vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $100 for a single kitten and $150 for a pair which includes all the vetting above.

*female kitten *dilute calico short hair *Approximately 3 months old as of 8/25/23 -This group of kittens were found as teeny babies under a burning house! We were contacted and luckily were able to find a foster to care for them as they still needed bottle fed. Since then they have been our “fire kittens” group and are now ready to find forever homes! They all were slightly singed but they have done wonderful and are healthy little babies. Ash did end up losing the end of her tail due to burns, but it just makes her more distinctive! Per her foster, she is fun and spunky but also loves to snuggle! They all love to play! They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. They will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that they cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Stella
*single female leopard gecko -Stella came in as an owner surrender after her first owner went to the military and her caretaker was concerned about properly caring for her. She said she had trouble getting her to eat, but we’ve had no problems here as she does great with just tong feeding her. Stella is a sweet girl who takes a second to warm up but is friendly and can be handled. Adopter would need their own tank of proper size and with a proper setup. Stella does have slight metabolic bone disease (MBD), her case is very mild, but it has caused some deformities in her legs. Since arriving at Judge's Park and with a change of diet and husbandry she is unaffected at this time. This is something that can have long lasting effects if not monitored closely and if proper husbandry is not maintained so she needs an adopter that can continue that proper care. Adoption fee is $40. Adopter must provide pictures of her future cage prior to adoption. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html

Breed: Champagne D’Argent Size: About 6-7 lbs Approximate DOB: about a year old as of 6/23 Reason in Rescue: This group came in from a cruelty case in WV. They were living in filth and sewage :( Personality: Camille is a sweet girl who is learning about the good life. She can be a little skittish at first but is learning to enjoy petting. She doesn’t enjoy being held but tolerates it. Adopters just need to go slow with her and let her get used to her new life! We recommend adults to teenagers for this girl and no small children. She is very good with her litter box. Friends: She is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Ali
*brown/white dwarf hamster *Born probably around beginning of 2023 -This little came up with a group of hams we took from a rescue that pulls animals from kill shelters down south. Ali is so named because he likes to box at you if you get too close to him. If you don’t listen, he will nip lol. Dwarf hamsters can be more on the side of watch and be entertained but don’t necessarily carry around lol. He may warm up a bit with gentle handling but sometimes dwarf hamsters just are the way they are. We don’t recommend kids for this little guy. We recommend large size hamster cages for them so they have lots of room to run around and play and get their energy out, with lots of activities, things to climb on and chew, and solid bottomed wheels to run on, as well as a good healthy hamster diet supplemented with fresh foods. Bar spacing for dwarf hamsters must be small enough to ensure no escapes! Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html Adoption fee is $20 for a single hamster.

He is very good with his litter box and is just a happy, sweet boy! Friends: Eric is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Rebecca and Rowena
* female guinea pig pair *black white shorthair (Rowena) and agouti/white (Rebecca) *They are about 3 years old as of August 2023 -Rowena and Rebecca came in as owner surrenders when the owner went to college and couldn’t keep them anymore. They were living individually in very small cages :/. Both of these girls are very sweet and laid back and like petting. They do run initially when you go to pick them up, we all Guinea pigs do, but settle in quickly when you hold them. They were living separate their whole life despite being mother/daughter. We put them together here and they bonded instantly, so they must be adopted together. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $25 for a single and $45 for a pair.

*I am in foster in Pittsburgh PA* Breed: lionhead Size: About 4 lbs Approximate DOB: June 2021 Reason in Rescue: Basil and Pepper were surrendered to us when their owners couldn’t keep them anymore Personality: These two are typical lionheads. Marcel
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application**
*male kitten *brown tabby long hair (has medium hair and is darker than his brother Arturo) *Approximately 10-11 weeks as of 8/11/23 -These kittens came in after they and their mom were found outside as strays. Prior to being picked up by a kind citizen, they hadn’t been handled at all by humans. They have slowly been getting used to people and are doing so good! They can be a little hissy at first in new situations and we recommend that adopters keep them in a smaller room at first and get them used to you before letting them have more room to roam in the house. They are starting to learn to like petting and they are getting used to being picked up! They absolutely LOVE running around and playing and wrestling with each other. These guys would definitely benefit from a friendly cat in the home that can teach them the ropes! We recommend older children to adults in the home, at least at first so they don’t get too scared. They are all absolutely stunning little kittens, and we know they’ll do amazing in homes! They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies, adopter will have to follow up with their vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. They will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that they cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $100 for a single kitten and $150 for a pair which includes all the vetting above.
Apollo
*If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application**
*male cat *brown tabby and white short hair *Approximate DOB 4/25/23
-This group of kittens were found outside as strays with their mom. As they grew, the finder realized they all had varying levels of CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). They came to our rescue and have been growing up in foster and are now fully vetted and ready to find homes!
Per his foster: “ Apollo is a playful kitten that just also happens to have cerebellum hypoplasia. Apollo has no idea he wobbles, he walks, runs, jumps, tackles his siblings and even jumps at his fosters feet. This sweet boy loves pets and any string toy. He can eat, drink and use the litter box on his own, but will need soft surfaces to land on. He occasionally needs help cleaning up, but doesn’t mind a quick bath. He does great with his siblings and prefers to sleep with someone, so another cat would be best for him. ”
He is neutered, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed. *female cat *Black and white medium hair *Approximately 1-1/2
-Calla came to us when she was picked up as a stray with her five kittens. Calla is a sweet girl who can be shy and nervous at first but once she knows you she will let you love all over her. Once you get that purr motor going she’ll stick her butt right in the air and be a happy, lovey little girl! We recommend adults or older kids/teenagers for her as she can be shy at first. In her foster home she prefers women and men can be kind of scary so it takes a little longer for her to come around with them. She’s done raising all her babies and is ready to find her own forever home!
She should be good with other cats with slow introductions. She has never lived with dogs that we know of.
She is spayed,, FIV/Felv negative, rabies, Felv, and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 for a single adult cat which includes all the vetting above.

Female Guinea pigs need to live in pairs or groups so she must go to a home with other female Guinea pigs to live with. Hamilton
*brown/white robo hamster *Born probably around beginning of 2023 -This teeny girl came up with a group of hams we took from a rescue that pulls animals from kill shelters down south. She is a typical robo hamster, very active, and very fast! I was able to pick her up without any nips or anything but she doesn’t sit still for very long so I recommend not doing it a lot as she’s very active and zoomy! Dwarf hamsters can be more on the side of watch and be entertained but don’t necessarily carry around lol. We recommend large size hamster cages for them so they have lots of room to run around and play and get their energy out, with lots of activities, things to climb on and chew, and solid bottomed wheels to run on, as well as a good healthy hamster diet supplemented with fresh foods. Bar spacing for robo hamsters must be small enough to ensure no escapes! Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html Adoption fee is $20 for a single hamster.

They are very friendly and don’t mind being picked up and have never threatened to bite. They are active gerbil boys (as they all are) and need a home that can provide them with a good environment and attention. They do best with large gerbil proof either tanks or wire cages that they cannot chew through with lots of chewies, places to climb, and dig, and somewhere to run like a solid bottomed wheel. These are not good pets for small children and do better with older kids or adults. Gerbils can live for many years with good care. Snow
Snow is a 4.5 year old spayed female ferret. She is a very sweet and energetic girl, but loves to have some down time cuddling and watching movies with her foster family. Breed: lionhead Size: About 3-4 lbs Approximate DOB: about a year old as of 6/23 Reason in Rescue: This group came in from a cruelty case in WV. They were living in filth and sewage :( Personality: Sawyer is a sweet little boy who is learning that life can be good. He is shy at first but he is learning that petting is good and holding is ok. Adopters just need to go slow with him and let him get used to his new life! We recommend adults to teenagers for this boy and not small children. He is very good with his litter box. Friends: He is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption fee is $100 which includes his neuter, vaccine, and microchip.
Goose
**I am in foster in Industry**
Goose is a sub-adult-adult Cuban Knight Anole approximately 12in in length (I'm assuming he would be a little longer, but hes in the process of growing the end of his tail back after an injury he received prior to being transferred to us). We are not sure how old he is exactly, he was surrendered to a reptile rehabilitation group in very poor condition, but they were worried they could not care for him appropriately and requested to transfer to us. Goose still has a lot of weight he needs to put on, but based on his appetite and how he's improved so far we're comfortable placing him in a home. Goose is an active hunter and a hoot to watch especially now that he's feeling more comfortable! Right now he will eat live crickets loose in his cage + waxworms and meal worms in a small bowl.
Cuban knight anoles are the largest subspecies of anole! They live wild in Cuba, Florida, and South America. They require a high temperature and humidity management. A long term enclosure should be an arboreal set up with lots of climbing and vegetation, a basking area and gradient warmth. We recommend a misting system/Fogger to help maintain the necessary humidity for these guys. They require a typical reptisoil/jungle mix to help with moisture, and they thrive very well in bioactive enclosures. Cuban Knight Anoles generally live in solitary enclosures, so if you decide to adopt Goose and Maverick together they will be required to have separate enclosures. Knight anoles do not enjoy being handled, while they can tolerate being handled for maintenance and medical purposes, they prefer you maintain a "look but don't touch" relationship. Even if they aren't a fan of cuddles, they're still more than deserving of a forever family!
If you're interested in adopting Goose, Maverick, or any of our available animals fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html Adoption fee is $20
Roger
**This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**
Breed: Californian Size: About 5 lbs Approximate DOB: Beginning of 2022 Reason in Rescue: These buns came to us from another rescue that was overwhelmed with bunnies.
Summer and Janie
*These girls are fully vaccinated for RHDV**
**Daisy and Koko are featured pets so their adoption fee is completely sponsored!**
Breed: Lionhead Size: Small size females, about 4 lbs Approximate DOB: summer 2018 for Summer and Janie is 7/7/2019 Reason in Rescue: These girls came from a group of bunnies we took in from VA. They were taken in a cruelty seizure as they were being used to feed dogs. :(. Summer was a mom to two boys and three girls Personality: Summer didn’t have a very human positive start to her life but surprisingly she is good with handling. She can be a little nervous but doesn’t mind being picked up and held. Janie is a sweet, quiet little girl who can be a little nervous at first but doesn’t mind being petted, and picked up and held. They were adopted in January of 2020, and then returned to us the beginning of 2023 in terrible shape. They had been neglected for a while :(. They coats were in rough shape, their skin was irritated from mites, their nails were inches long, and Summer had a lump on her eye that they never bothered to take her to the vet to look at. Luckily it was just a granuloma and was easily removed by our vet. These girls have been through a lot together and are EXTREMELY bonded and never apart from each other. They are very sweet and once they trust you, enjoy attention and petting. Friends: Summer must be adopted with Janie Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single bunny). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $125 which includes their spay, microchip, and vaccines.

**Come visit me at Petsmart in Cranberry!!!**
*female kitten *calico shorthair *Approximately 3 months old -Margot came in with her brothers after they were found running loose as strays in a neighborhood. Their mom was tnred but they were friendly enough to come to rescue and find new homes! Margot is shy at first but she absolutely loves being petted and getting chin scratches and love. She would need a family who will take a little bit of time to let her get used to them and she would do great in a home with at least one other kitty for her to buddy up with! She’d probably do better with older kids/adults. She’s such a sweet girl who deserves a forever home! She id spayed, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $100 for a single kitten and $150 for a pair, which includes all the vetting above.
Marley and Pippin
**These bunnies are fully vaccinated for RHDV** Breed: English spot mix Size: About 5-6 lbs at full size we’re estimating DOB: About 5/3/23 Reason in Rescue: These boys came to us after their mom was found running loose as a stray outside. The finder could tell she was pregnant and ended up climbing under a porch to rescue them! There were 8 babies total. Personality: Marley and Pippin are both sweet boys who don’t mind petting and are ok with being picked up. They are just sweet, outgoing little babies who love to eat and play and run around! They’d be good for any sort of family. They are very good with their litter box. Friends: Marley and Pippin are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Suggested adoption donation is $125 which includes their neuters, vaccines, and microchips.
Pasta and Noodle
*Pair of male rats *probably born around January 2023 *Pasta: gray/white hoodie and Noodle is the agouti/white hoodie -Pasta and Noodle came in as owner surrenders after the owner couldn’t return them back to Petsmart. They didn’t want to keep them anymore due to allergies, they “smelled,” and “the one is sneezing.” Pasta and Noodle are big sweet boys who can be shy at first, but once they know you they warm up well. Noodle was giving me kisses! They get nervous about being picked up but settle in, and like a good scritch. Noodle is doing a round of antibiotics because he has a slight sneeze but nothing bad. They will be adopted as a pair and cannot be adopted out as singles. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html . Adoption fee is $30 for the pair.
Larry, Curly, Moe
Larry, Curly, and Moe are approximately 3 year old male parakeets. They came in as an owner surrender after their owner grew too old to be able to care for them anymore. They still need some socialization but are friendly. They are a bonded set.
Parakeets are very friendly and active birds. They are social creatures and usually do best in pairs or with intense bonding and socialization with a human. These two are from the same clutch according to their previous owner. Hand taming requires routine and patience. The easiest way to start the process is by setting a schedule of exposure to you and your voice so they begin to trust you before starting the exposure of your hand! We do recommend someone who is willing to research, and/or experienced in hand taming.
Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Must have their own, suitable cage for the birds (we will need to see a picture). Adoption fee is $60 for a trio
Thatcher
*single male leopard gecko -Thatcher came in as an owner surrender. He has been in foster while we made sure he was eating and healthy to adopt out and he is now ready! He can be nervous at first but allows handling and is a really cool chill guy who likes hanging out in the open or under his hide. Adopter would need their own tank of proper size and with a proper setup. Thatcher does have metabolic bone disease (MBD), his case is very mild, but it has caused some deformities in his legs. Since arriving at Judge's Park and with a change of diet and husbandry he is unaffected at this time. This is something that can have long lasting effects if not monitored closely and if proper husbandry is not maintained so he needs an adopter that can continue that proper care. Adoption fee is $40. Adopter must provide pictures of his future cage prior to adoption. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html
Carl
**This bunny has had his first vaccine for RHDV** **We anticipate a lot of interest on Carl, so please read all information about Carl and requirements prior to submitting an application**
Breed: Flemish Giant Size: He’s still growing but he’s gonna end up being a big boy Approximate DOB: about 9 months old as of 7/23 Reason in Rescue: This guy was an owner surrender when the owner contacted us and immediately had to get rid of him (probably because he wasn’t neutered and was acting up because of it). We had a waiting list but the man couldn’t wait and we were concerned he was going to dump him so we took him. Personality: Carl is a puppy in a bunny’s body. He’s goofy, loves to run around and play and explore everything, but also loves to snuggle in for a good cuddle and full body pet by his adoring humans. He will stretch all the way out with his legs sticking out in happiness when you pet him. He loves flopping on his side on fleece blankets and being super comfy while he takes his naps. He tolerates being picked up, but like all big bunnies, isn’t a huge fan. Definitely a good boy for a family. He is very good with his litter box. Friends: He is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4’ x 4’ area for a bunny his size). Suggested adoption fee is $70 which includes his neuter, and microchip. He receives his second RHDV booster on 7/31 and the adoption fee will change to $100 after that.
Yang and Bobu
*bonded pair of male chinchillas *gray/black *Approximately 2 years old for Yang and 1 year old for Bobu. -These boys were surrendered with 7 other Chins to one of the humane societies in Pittsburgh. We ended up taking them all so they can get healthy with us and get used to some more handling, which is harder in the larger shelters! These boys are currently settling in and learning about the good life and all the good food! Yang is definitely more skittish and needs work on handling and being used to humans. Bobu is definitely younger and more amenable to humans and handling (though can be nervous at first. I just feel like they really weren’t handled a lot by their previous owner! With a little bit of love and an adopter willing to let them get slowly used to you and they’ll do just fine! We do not recommend chinchillas for children as they do not make good kids pets for children under 12. They require a specialized habitat with multiple levels, specific food, and regular grooming care. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 for a single chin, $80 for a pair.
Michael and Jim
*pair of male guinea pigs *Michael: black/tan/white Abyssinian and Jim: black/tan/white teddy cross *About 1 year old. -Michael and Jim came in with Dwight after they were found left outside dumped in a parking lot in the cold. Unfortunately Michael and Jim were beating Dwight up so we had to separate them out. They are understandably very scared but are so happy to be in a safe place with fresh food and water and warm blankets! Like all guinea pigs, they run initially when you go to catch them but settle in quickly when you hold them. Michael and Jim are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Ying
*Single male chinchilla *gray/black *Approximately 5 year old per previous owner -This boy was surrendered with 8 other Chins to one of the humane societies in Pittsburgh. We ended up taking them all so they can get healthy with us and get used to some more handling, which is harder in the larger shelters! This boy is very curious about humans but is a little unsure about being touched or picked up. He will sometimes bark at you but has never attempted to bite! I just feel like he really wasn’t handled by his previous owner! With a little bit of love and an adopter willing to let him get slowly used to you and he’ll do just fine! We do not recommend chinchillas for children as they do not make good kids pets for children under 12. They require a specialized habitat with multiple levels, specific food, and regular grooming care. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 for a single chin
Brian
*single male guinea pig * tan/white shorthair *About 1-1 1/2 years old -Brian came into the rescue after he was dumped at an high kill shelter down south, by owners who didn’t even know if he was male or female. Surprisingly Brian is super sweet and people friendly. He comes right to the front of the cage when you talk to him and demands treats! Like all Guinea pigs he runs when you first go to pick him up but settles in quickly and enjoys being held and petted. He could potentially live with another male Guinea pig if introduced slowly. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $25 per guinea pig, $45 for a pair

She is an absolute purr monster and all I could hear when she first arrived was purring coming out of her carrier. DJ
*tan short haired Syrian hamster *Born probably around fall of 2022 -This group of boys came to us after they were pulled from a kill shelter down south. Surprisingly they are very nice little guys and are friendly and don’t mind being picked up and handled. We recommend large size hamster cages for these guys (critter trail cages are not sufficient), with lots of activities, things to climb on and chew, and solid bottomed wheels to run on, as well as a good healthy hamster diet supplemented with fresh foods. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html Adoption fee is $20 for a single hamster.
Ada and Della
*two female medium hair guinea pigs *Della: brown agouti and Ada: brown/orange agouti *about 1 1/2 months old as of 7/1/23 -These two girls came in as an owner surrender after an oops litter on their part. They are typical young babies who love to run around and are very curious (and nervous) about the world around them. They are learning about everything! They are beautiful and have super silky, soft medium length hair. Like all guinea pigs, they run initially when you go to catch them but allow you to hold and pet them. These girls must be adopted out together as a pair. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html . Adoption fee is $45 for the pair.
Fifi
*brown/white short haired Syrian hamster *Born probably around beginning of 2023 -This sweet girl came up with a group of hams we took from a rescue that pulls animals from kill shelters down south. She was living in a tank with broken shards of glass in the bottom :(. Surprisingly she is a super nice, friendly girl who seems to enjoy people and climbs right out of her cage for attention! She let me pick her up and hold her no problem! She’d be good for any kind of family! We recommend large size hamster cages for Syrians (critter trail cages are not sufficient), with lots of activities, things to climb on and chew, and solid bottomed wheels to run on, as well as a good healthy hamster diet supplemented with fresh foods. Breed: mini lop Size: About 7-8 lbs right now Approximate DOB: about 2 years old as of spring 2023 Reason in rescue: This girl was an owner surrender when the owner couldn’t keep her anymore. Cheerio and Chex
Chex and Cheerio are approximately 8 month old male parakeets. They came in from an owner who had many of them but not enough time for that many. They still need some socialization but very friendly.
Adoption fee is $50 for a pair.
Luna
**This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV** **Luna is one of our featured pets, so she is fully sponsored**
Breed: Californian Size: About 4-5 lbs DOB: Approximately 1 year old as of 1/23 Reason in Rescue: Luna was found as a stray in WV. Luckily she was able to be held in quarantine and when that was up she came to us to get vetted and find a home! Personality: Luna is a good girl who is learning how awesome it is to be a pet bunny! She can be a little shy at first and sometimes a little grunty but she does enjoy being petted and doesn’t mind being held. She is very good with her litter box and loves having regular food. She loves being out to play and doesn’t especially enjoy being in a cage so she’d love a home where she’s in a big xpen or free range. She can be territorial so she’d probably be best in a home where she’s not going to be bonded. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as plastic bottom cage, minimum 4 x 2’. Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. **Stella is a featured pet so her adoption fee has been sponsored!**
**Come visit me at Petsmart in Cranberry!** *female cat *Brown tabby *Approximately 1-1/2
Stella came to us when she was picked up as a stray with her four kittens. She even adopted a smaller kitten that was found with hers and cared for him like he was her own! Per her foster: She loves to play, is friendly, and likes to look out the windows. Yells at us when we’re in the shower.”
She’s very petite and had a toe that is just a little different and off kilter. May have been from a precious healed injury or she was born like that and it doesn’t affect her at all! Stella gets along with some of the cats in her foster home but definitely picks her favorite. She would do well with any ages of humans and would probably do best in a home with one or two other cats to live with, but does not have to have cats in the home!
She is spayed,, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Luckily we had an open foster as they were teeny and would not have survived outside! Flauta and Relleno
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application** *male kitten *black shorthair *Approximately 9 weeks as of 6/15/23 -These kittens came in after they were brought in to a TNR clinic but were definitely young enough to be socialized! So they came with us and went to foster for a little bit until they could be made available for adoption! Per his foster: “This is Relleno (we've been calling him Rey). He's the goofiest of the three. He's full of bravado but also startles easily. He's the biggest snuggle bug of the three and transitions from play to snuggle mode the fastest. He tries to be bossman and tumbles around with the other two a lot. He LOVES food, easily the most food motivated of all of them. But he does play hard too.” They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies, adopter will have to follow up with their vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative.
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application** *female kitten *brown tabby/white shorthair *Approximately 9 weeks as of 6/15/23 -These kittens came in after they were brought in to a TNR clinic but were definitely young enough to be socialized! So they came with us and went to foster for a little bit until they could be made available for adoption! Per her foster: “This is Flauta. She's the bravest. Always first to come to the hand, first to check out a new toy, first to explore a new space. Her likes are climbing (either the furniture OR me), chasing wand toys (especially feathers!), tousling with her brothers, and sleeping. She is definitely going to be an independent little girl but also a lap cat. She does love sleeping with Relleno though, so I think she'd do great as a singleton but would be happiest being adopted with Relleno.” They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies, adopter will have to follow up with their vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative.
Johnny
*Single male chinchilla *standard gray *Approximately 1 year old -Johnny came to our rescue on a transport up from a kill shelter down south. He had been dumped there and was in danger of euthanasia. This little boy is very curious about humans and comes running for treats but is a little unsure about being touched or picked up. I just feel like he really wasn’t handled by his previous owner! With a little bit of love and an adopter willing to let him get slowly used to you and he’ll do just fine! He loves running on his wheel and getting dust baths!
Nynaeve
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. Luckily we had an open foster as they were teeny and would not have survived outside! Per her foster: “??Nynaeve is a sweet girl who loves to run and jump! She is the first to climb to the highest point in any room and is a bit of a daredevil. This smart girl loves other kitties, any one she meets and any toy she can chase!” They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies, adopter will have to follow up with their vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. They will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that they cannot be declawed. Ruthie
*single female guinea pig *black/white Abyssinian *About 2 years old -Ruthie came into the rescue after she was living at a preschool and was terrified of the children so they needed to give her up. She came in with nails curled around into her feet and mites, as well as super red and sore feet from living in her own pee. Despite all of that, Ruthie is the sweetest little girl. She is scared of being picked up and seems to have been traumatized a bit from the kids, but once you get her she absolute loves being scratched and will lean into your hand for all the face rubs. She’s just a sweetheart who needs a better life! Female Guinea pigs need to live in pairs or groups so she must go to a home with other female Guinea pigs to live with. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. They will be adopted as a pair together and cannot be adopted out as singles. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html . Adoption fee is $30 for the pair.
Sausage and Waffles

They are very sweet girls. Sausage is very round, lol. She’s not overweight, just very circle shaped so her name fits her well. She’s more laid back and chill than Waffles but Waffles is fine with handling as well. Like all guinea pigs, they run initially when you go to catch them but allow you to hold and pet them. These girls must be adopted out together as a pair. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Mew came into our rescue and was quickly adopted and now two of her daughters are ready to find a home! Buttercup is an awesome little kitten! Mew came into our rescue and was quickly adopted and now two of her daughters are ready to find a home! Biscuits is an awesome little kitten! Per her foster: “Biscuits(I call her painted face): definitely more shy but friendly for sure. She is more cautious and reserved at first. I wouldn't say she's bonded but I'd say she needs a home with another kitten or friendly cat to show her all is OK.” Biscuits must go to a home with at least one other cat. They are spayed, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP vaccinated (too small for rabies, adopter will have to follow up with their vet), microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. They will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that they cannot be declawed. *If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application** **I am in foster in Sharon, PA** *Male cat *brown tabby *Approximately 13 years old -Poor Walter. He lived his whole life since he was a kitten with one person. That person wanted to get rid of him and contacted our rescue because he was hissing and swatting at her child. Unfortunately we found out from family members after he came in that Walter had a reason to do so :(. Instead of living the rest of his life with the family that had pledged to love him forever as a kitten, he was given up because of a spoiled kid who wasn’t nice to him. But now we are ready to find Walter a new forever family! Walter is a sweet boy who is living in foster with other cats and a rabbit. He very much enjoys being petted, hanging out with his fosters, and watching out the window. He loves food and can beg so adopters need to make sure he doesn’t get too many table scraps! Walter had not seen a vet for four years at his old home so we took him in for bloodwork and he is hyperthyroid. He requires twice daily meds the rest of his life (the medication is not expensive). We know that will make this sweet boy harder to find a home (everyone wants an easy cat), but we really hope someone is out there. He would do best in a quieter home with one or two other calm cats. Because of his previous experience with kids, we recommend no children. He just needs his retirement home! He is neutered, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 for a single adult cat which includes all the vetting above.
Jack, Eve, Sarah, and Esther
**Come visit me at Petsmart Cranberry**
*group of three female mice *Eve: mom, Sarah: baby (born 2/9/23), and Ester, the “aunt.” Adults were both end of 2022 -These girls came to us from a shelter down south where they were being given away free, which would’ve ended up with them as snake food . One of our shelter contacts pulled them for us and they came up on a transport! Originally it was just the two adults but one was pregnant so Jack and Sarah ended up being the result of that! As with most mice, they are a little more “bouncy” when you pick them up, but none of them bite and they are okay with being held as long as you go slow and give them some time. They’re awesome little girls, full of personality and very smart! They are awesome little pets for older kids or adults. They are a bonded trio and must stay together. Adoption fee is $35 for a trio. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html
**Come visit me at Petsmart Cranberry**
*single male mouse *DOB: 2/9/23 -This baby’s mom came to us from a shelter down south where she was being given away free, which would’ve ended up with her being animal food. Astro
*If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application**
**I am in foster in Pittsburgh, PA** *Male cat *Black and white *Approximately 8 months old
Astro came to us when his owner, who was homeless, had to move away and wanted the best life for his baby boy. Astro is a cat who loves EVERYONE. He loves to chill with the resident cat, puts up with the resident dog and absolutely adores the 5-year-old that comes to visit. He is a sweet boy who deserves the best.
Adoption fee is $75 for a single adult cat which includes all the vetting above.
Mister
*If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application** **Mister is one of our featured adoptables, so his adoption fee has been sponsored!** **Come visit me at Petsmart in Cranberry!!** *Male cat *brown tabby *Approximately 8 years old -Mister came into our rescue after his owner passed away and he was unfortunately living in not a good situation with a caretaker (we also took in Amai and another cat that we will be taking into the rescue in a few days). He is literally the sweetest baby and the woman who kept trying to rescue him said he would literally beg with his eyes for her to take him with her. He is settling super well into foster and learning about the good life again! He loves attention and petting, and loves to follow his fosters around and snuggle with them. He loves cat beds and broth wet foods. He has some dry skin and scabs from fleas and being on a poor diet but we expect with a good environment and care those should go away no problem. He has lived with other cats and should be fine with slow introductions. He would be fine living in a home with all ages. He is neutered, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. He has had full bloodwork that was all normal. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed. Ruby and Roger
**These bunnies are fully vaccinated for RHDV**
Breed: Ruby: Some sort of larger breed mix possible Flemish/English spot or Dutch type mix. Roger: New Zealand mix Size: About 7-8 lbs for Ruby, and 5-6 for Roger Approximate DOB: 5/2016 approximately for Ruby, and early 2020 for Roger Reason in Rescue: This pair was owner surrendered to us when their owner couldn’t keep them anymore. Unfortunately they had been neglected for some time prior to coming here. They both had mites, causing Roger to scratch off a lot of fur on his back. They were living in filthy conditions, were overweight, and were on cedar which can kill them. We were very glad we got them when we did. Personality: Ruby is a sweet girl who likes humans and likes being petted. She’s definitely more laid back and sweet and likes being petted. She let me pick her up and snuggle her on arrival, even though she was nervous. Roger is definitely more skittish, and we think since he got more of the skin issues with the mites, he’s been uncomfortable with touch. He did relax and enjoyed being petted on his head and ears. He just needs to learn that humans are good again. He gets very scared when picked up so best bet is to pet on the floor. They are both good with their litter box. Friends: Ruby and Roger are very bonded and must be adopted together. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 4' for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html ), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if the adopter can provide pictures and/or video of where they would be living). Suggested adoption donation is $125 for the pair which includes their spay/neuters, vaccines, and microchips.

They are scared being in a new place but are very sweet and let me hold them and pet them and look them all over. They are a bit overweight so will be on limited pellets here and should continue that in their new home. Like all guinea pigs, they run initially when you go to catch them but allow you to hold and pet them. These girls must be adopted out together as a trio. Interested adopters should check out www.guineapigcages.com for information on recommended cages and https://guinealynx.info/ for information on care and feeding. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $45 for a pair and $60 for a trio.
Brain
*single male mouse *born approximately fall 2022 -This boy came to us from a shelter down south where he was being given away free, which would’ve ended up with him being snake food, along with another male. An awesome rescue pulled them and transported them up to us to find their forever homes. These guys are young and full of energy! They can be a little skittish at first but with handling they should get used to more attention. Neither bite even when held. Mice are awesome little pets for older kids or adults. Adoption fee is $15 for a single. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html
Jazz and Jacqueline
**Jazz was adopted from us the end of last year and recently returned with her sister Jacqueline because the adopters broke up. Per her previous owner, Jazz's likes are: being a lap kitty, constant attention and pets, active with toys (especially stick toys), smart cat who loves to fetch, loves to play with her sister. Jacqueline's likes are: any and all cats toys, ice cubes (it will get messy but she loves it), any form of box/bin/laundry basket, very affectionate, loves to cuddle, talkative, a very fast cat (hence her name), sneak attacking her sister. Jazz and Jacqueline are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.**
**If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application** **I am in foster in Edinburg, PA** *female kitten *Cabby/tabbico shorthair *Approximate DOB 6/30/22 -This group of kittens came in all the way from VA after they were rescued from a kill shelter by a rescue who then vetted them and transported them up to us and safety! They are ready to find their forever homes now! Jazz is not only gorgeous but she’s super sweet too. She enjoys being petted, exploring new things and places, and playing with her siblings. She is more independent and will play on her own rather than wrestle with the others but she does like to play chase! Jazz was very scared when she first arrived back here at the rescue and we recommend a quieter home that will allow her to settle in on her own at first cause her whole world has been turned upside down :(. She’d do best with older kids/teenagers or adults. Jacqueline came back here perfectly happy to make a bunch of new friends! She is super sweet and friendly and loves being petted and picked up and snuggled! She is an awesome little girl. They are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative.
