If SERIOUSLY interested in adopting an animal, please fill out the form below. Applications will not be accepted from persons under the age of 18 and WE WILL NOT REPLY TO AN UNDERAGE APPLICANT. A parent or guardian must fill the application out. Note: An application is not a guarantee that you will get the animal you are applying for. Applications will be considered as they come in, and the best home for the animal will be chosen. Judge’s Park reserves the right to reject anyone, at any time. We are located north of Pittsburgh, right over the border with Ohio. Please be aware of where we are located before applying for adoption. Would you be willing to sign a contract stating that if you are unable to care for an adopted animal, you would return it promptly to Judge’s Park? *
