Phoebe and Mini: featured pet

*They are about 3 years old as of April 2024
-Phoebe and Mini came in as an owner surrender due to allergies. They are sweet, shy little girls who just need some love and affection! They do run initially when you go to pick them up, as all Guinea pigs do, but settle in quickly when you hold them. Phoebe and mini are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. *Violet is about 1 and Petal is about 5-6 months old.
-Petal came in after someone had put her in with two males thinking she was one but unfortunately she was not and got pregnant. Violet was an owner surrender because they didn’t want to care for her anymore. We put these girls together and they were instant best friends! Luckily only one was pregnant but we needed to hold them for pregnancy watch and through the weaning. Now they are all ready to find new homes! These girls are very sweet and are so happy to be living in good conditions and in a healthy home! Like all piggies they run when you go to catch them but are fine with being handled and petted. Petal is more shy while Violet is very outgoing and talkative. She loves to demand snacks! They are a bonded pair and must stay together. She is a very quiet, laid back girl who seems to enjoy pets and scratches, and loved her first photo session! Like all guinea pigs, she runs initially when you go to catch her but settles in quickly when you hold hold her. Female guinea pigs need friends so she needs to go to a home where she will have at least one buddy. She used to live with another female who passed away. -This boy came in with two others as an owner surrender. Gus Gus is a very sweet, laid back guinea pig who is usually outgoing and friendly. He came in with an old eye injury that was never treated which has caused some old scar tissue in his eye. It doesn’t bother him and causes him no pain or irritation. He is living alone, and can be adopted on his own or as a friend for another male guinea pig.
